Why audit trail matters
Most portfolio trackers show you a number. They don't tell you which trades, fees, dividends, or FX conversions added up to it. When the number disagrees with what your broker shows, you have no way to investigate — you just trust it, or stop trusting it.
Hedger keeps every imported broker row in the database, links every aggregated number back to its source rows, and lets you click through to see exactly which trades, FX conversions, and corporate actions produced any number on the dashboard. If a number is wrong, you can prove where it came from.

- P&L per period — daily, MoM, QoQ, YoY — breaks down into realized trades + unrealized price change + FX + dividends + fees, each clickable to source rows
- Per-position — every buy, sell, dividend, split, merger, and FX conversion that built the current position, in order, with the originating broker CSV line
- FIFO matching — every closed lot links its open and close sides; unpaired sells are tracked explicitly, not silently dropped
- Cash balance — every deposit, withdrawal, fee, and interest event, per broker, per currency, with running balance
- Tax report numbers — every §10D / §10F entry traces back to the trades and FX rates that produced it
Multi-broker
Import from Interactive Brokers (Activity Statement CSV or Flex Query XML with autosync), Degiro, Trading 212, Fio e-Broker, and XTB. Cross-broker FIFO matching is supported. Multi-currency cash balances are tracked separately by currency.
