1. Beta Service
Hedger is currently in beta. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice.
2. Not Financial Advice
Hedger is a data tool, not a financial advisor. All calculations, including tax reports, may contain errors. You are solely responsible for verifying all numbers with your broker statements and consulting a qualified tax advisor before filing.
3. Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you upload. We store your broker exports and derived calculations on our servers to provide the service. Your data is deleted when you delete your account.
4. Acceptable Use
Don't abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hedger and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from use of this service, including but not limited to incorrect calculations, data loss, or service interruptions.
6. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
